Ballet, Tap, etc. shoes can take 10-20 minutes to fit, please arrive with that timing in mind.

We accept walk-in fittings for all of our products every day that we're open.

On average we have 1-2 certified pointe fitters available throughout the day. We accept walk-in fittings, but do note that sometimes there may be extended wait times during bursts of cluster shopping that is unpredictable and/or unavoidable. This does not happen often.

Our policy is to serve walk-in fittings on a first-come-first-served routine during our regular boutique hours. We appreciate your patience, support and respect for your fellow shoppers and our team when you are asked to wait your turn for all fitting services.

In our Peak Seasons of August-September, we may stop taking pointe shoe fittings an hour before closing during the week and at 2p on Saturdays if the line is exceedingly long (regardless of what the services are that other clients are there for). 

Abbreviated hours for holidays or planned early closures will impact our Fitting Hours. This information is displayed on our pop up, web chat, and in our phone system.
