To earn points:

• Create an account and automatically receive 1 point
• Refer a friend - Give 5% off, Get 5% off
• Spend $50, get 1 point
• Follow us on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, get 1 point *only through website rewards bubble, only eligible once per account
• Sign up for our newsletters/SMS, get 1 point *only eligible once per account
• Add your birthday to your online account, get 2 points

Earn and redeem points by following the Reward prompts through the Reward bubble on our website or in person at checkout.

Redeem points:

• Use 2 points to receive 5% off orders.
• Use 3 points to receive 10% off orders.
• Use 6 points to receive 20% off orders.
• Use 12 points to receive 30% off orders.

• Tutu Tier: Spend $1,000, receive 10 bonus points!
• Spotlight Tier: Spend $2,500, receive 15 bonus points!
• Prima Tier: Spend $4,000, get 2x the points per purchase, and receive 20 bonus points!

Rewards Points expire 150 days (roughly 5 months) from the earning date, and some rewards require minimum cart values to redeem. Some exclusions are in place to which points cannot be applied to all merchandise or combined with active sales promotions.

If you receive a refund for an order you earned points on, those points are removed from your rewards balance.

VIP tiers will be reset after one calendar year.

All pricing is in USD. 

Bulk purchase programs for schools/studios/groups are excluded from the Rewards Program.

Points balances were reset to zero on January 1, 2025 as we had to fix an extensive glitch of points being applied that had not been earned. Points earned in December 2024 will be honored through March 2025. Effective immediately, points automatically expire if they are not used within 150 days of being earned.
