These items are not readily available for pickup or immediate shipping. Please disregard the Pickup Window ETA as it is not accurate for a Made to Order product.
These are special, made to order jackets. Fulfillment can take 4+ weeks as orders are processed in groups set by predetermined timelines (referred to as Order Windows). A personal email will be sent to you from Footlights, by Molly or Joe, directly talking about your own order updates.
Made to Order items do not follow standard processing windows. Third party apps such as Shop, can show inaccurate estimates of fulfillment time. Your order confirmation page will not show details for shipping until a tracking number has been generated and your completed jacket is shipped to you. If you order confirmation shows your order is not completed or shipped, that means it is still in production.
If you purchase other items in the same transaction as your Made to Order jacket, those items will be fulfilled based on their availability, and may be shipped separately ahead of your custom jacket with no additional shipping charges required.
Due to the customized nature of these items, orders cannot be returned once received. Please use the fit kits provided at the studio for sizing prior to placing your orders.
